Absolutely rubbish. Closes before you can see anything. Many times even before going to page you need. Constantly closes in middle of reading. 1 star as it is written in English!

It keeps saying there is an error when I try to scan the QR code. I have registered. Very unstable app.

Absolutely rubbish! Keep having to delete then reinstall app for it to work!
Signed up to open pass for myself and my siblings to access mums care notes. Have to reset password everyday as it keeps saying authentication failed. What's the point in having a system for families to use if they cant see their family member especially in the current climate when you have to repeatedly update and change password to access care notes. Sort it out in 24 hours ive had 3 different passwords whats betting by tonight i will have to reset it again
Rubbish. Works intermittently.
Works very well. Helps remind what I've done with my care worker, I don't always remember. I can also communicate with the the Care Office.
Useless. I have not been able to open the App for about 1 year on my Android phone. Just downloaded it again and still says "Authentication Failed". HELP!
Update stopped me from viewing information unable to scroll down large gaps have appeared on front screen between names Following updates from developers this app is now working brilliant all information available thank you
